Lesson cancellation & no-show

Cancel at least 24 hours before your lesson to keep your session credit. Cancellations inside 24 hours and no-shows forfeit the session (Admin may restore for exceptions).

≥24 hours notice — cancel without penalty; membership or package credit is restored.
<24 hours or no-show — session is forfeited.
Admin can override forfeits for hardship or club error.
Package transfers: only the purchaser may use pack sessions (not spouses/guests).
